What's the idea ?

If your laptop is ever lost or stolen, as soon as it is connected to the internet the monitoring system will trace its presence, the police can be informed and hopefully the laptop will be returned to you.

How does this work ?

LaptopAntiLoss(c) is a security software that you install on your laptop.
It is totally FREE and our service is also totally FREE.
When your laptop is connected to the internet, it contacts your account on www.LaptopAntiLoss.com to see if you declared it lost or stolen.
If so, it will send information to your account that can be used to recover it.
The information sent includes:
- the IP address on the internet, which can be used by Internet Providers and Police Officers to obtain the real-world address of the connection
- pictures taken from the laptop's webcam, which can be used... well... to see who's using it !
